I am the Founder of Afiyah Infinity, a Shariah-compliant fintech platform focused on empowering Muslim women to grow, manage, and distribute wealth ethically. My work sits at the intersection of financial inclusion, ethical finance, and technology, with a long-term vision of building a global ecosystem where faith-aligned financial systems enable communities to thrive.

Professionally, I serve as a Strategic Project Manager at ACI Logistics Ltd (Shwapno), where I work closely with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives across operations, digital transformation, and organizational performance. My role involves translating high-level strategy into structured execution—designing governance frameworks, implementing KPI and dashboard systems, and leading cross-functional programs that improve efficiency and align business operations with long-term growth objectives.

My career has been shaped by a multidisciplinary background spanning strategy, project leadership, business development, and operational transformation across sectors, including retail, real estate development, education services, and financial services. I have led market expansion initiatives, built brand and growth strategies, implemented operational frameworks, and managed teams through complex transformation initiatives.

Earlier in my career, I worked with Mercer (Marsh & McLennan Companies) in Australia, where I supported employer superannuation accounts and developed strong expertise in financial services operations, compliance, and stakeholder management. That experience deepened my understanding of financial systems and reinforced my interest in building more ethical, transparent financial pathways for communities.

Through Afiyah Infinity, I aim to address a critical global gap: many Muslim women want to save, invest, and participate in economic growth but lack trusted financial systems that align with Islamic principles. The platform is designed to integrate halal savings, ethical investments, financial education, and impact-driven charitable giving, creating a holistic financial ecosystem grounded in integrity and long-term value.

I hold academic qualifications in Accounting & Finance Management from La Trobe University and Marketing & Management from the University of Westminster, along with professional certifications in Agile leadership, AI-driven project management, digital transformation, and strategic program management.

My broader ambition is to contribute to the next generation of ethical fintech and social finance systems, where technology, governance, and values come together to create sustainable prosperity and meaningful impact.
