Saurabh Kalra is an IIM Ahmedabad alumnus, certified Corporate Trainer (SHRM, CPD, HRCI), and NEN–Goldman Sachs Faculty Scholar Mentor, with over 20 years of experience across leadership, consulting, and academia. He specializes in strategic leadership development, startup mentoring (with a focus on retail and exports), behavioural transformation, and soft skills training.

He has conducted training and consulting engagements with prestigious institutions and organizations such as IIM Ahmedabad, FDDI, MSME, Li & Fung, and the Ethiopian Embassy. Known for his strategic insights and people-centric approach, Saurabh effectively bridges boardroom vision with real-world execution.
