2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you register as an instructor, you confirm you have rights over any content you upload and can grant licenses as described below.

3. User Accounts & Security

  • When you register, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

  • You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

4. User Content / Instructor Content

  • If you upload or share content (courses, materials, submissions, etc.), you represent and warrant that:

    • you own or have rights to use it and grant SkillBloomer appropriate license;

    • the content does not infringe any third-party rights (copyright, privacy, etc.);

    • the content is lawful and does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

  • By uploading content, you grant SkillBloomer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, distribute, and make available the content as part of the Service (for example, to show the course to enrolled students).

5. Prohibited Activities / Content

You agree not to use the Service to post, host, transmit, or otherwise distribute: illegal content; content infringing IP or privacy rights; defamatory, harassing, abusive, hateful, obscene, or otherwise unlawful content; content promoting violence, discrimination, or other prohibited practices; or content soliciting personal or sensitive data from minors.

You also agree not to: misuse the Service (spam, phishing, abusive behavior), attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform, circumvent restrictions, or impersonate others.

6. Payment, Subscriptions & Refunds (if applicable)

  • If you enroll in a paid course or use premium features, you agree to pay the fees as specified at checkout.

  • Payments will be processed via third-party payment processors. You agree to their terms too.

  • Unless otherwise specified, fees are non-refundable once payment is completed and course access is provided (or consumed).

7. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account (or access to certain features) at any time, with or without notice, in case of violation of these Terms or for other operational reasons. Upon termination, your rights to access the Service cease immediately. Provisions concerning disclaimers, liability, and license grant survive termination.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as-is” and “as-available,” without warranty of any kind — express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for purpose, non-infringement). SkillBloomer does not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

To the extent permitted by law, SkillBloomer (and its officers, employees, partners) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or content, even if advised of possibility of such damages.

9. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the SkillBloomer platform (software, UI, trademarks, documentation) belong to SkillBloomer (or its licensors). Other than the limited license to access and use the Service, you receive no other rights to our intellectual property.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
