Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made on https://skillbloomer.com/ (“SkillBloomer”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
All payments are securely processed via Razorpay.

By making a payment, you expressly agree to this Policy along with our:

1. Refund Eligibility (7-Day Policy)

In accordance with Razorpay guidelines and applicable Indian consumer laws, SkillBloomer offers a 7 (seven) day refund policy from the date of successful payment.

A refund request may be considered only if all the following conditions are met:

  • The request is raised within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase

  • The user has not accessed more than 20% of the purchased course or content

  • No certificate has been issued or downloaded

  • The service is not explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase

  • The refund request is genuine and compliant with this Policy

Refund requests received after the 7-day period shall be strictly rejected.

2. Non-Refundable Transactions

Refunds shall not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Refund request raised after 7 days from purchase

  • Significant usage or consumption of digital content (more than 20%)

  • Access to downloadable materials such as PDFs, templates, recordings, or bonus content

  • Issuance or download of completion certificates

  • Participation in live workshops, webinars, or time-bound sessions

  • Change of mind, lack of time, or personal reasons

  • Violation of SkillBloomer’s Terms & Conditions

3. Cancellation Policy
  • Users may cancel eligible services within 7 days of purchase.

  • Upon approval of cancellation, access to the course or service will be immediately revoked.

  • No cancellations shall be permitted after the refund eligibility period.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, users must contact us with the required details.

  • Registered email address

  • Order ID / Razorpay payment reference ID

  • Reason for cancellation or refund request

Incomplete or unverifiable requests may be rejected.

5. Refund Processing Timeline
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only

  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Actual credit time depends on Razorpay and the customer’s issuing bank

SkillBloomer shall not be responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or payment gateways.

6. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

In case of:

  • Payment debited, but the transaction failed

  • Duplicate or excess payment

Users must notify SkillBloomer within 7 days of the transaction date.
Upon verification, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment source.

7. Compliance with Indian Consumer Laws

This Policy is framed in accordance with:

  • The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India)

  • Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020

Nothing in this Policy limits any statutory rights that consumers may have under applicable Indian law. However, digital services already accessed or consumed may not be eligible for refunds as permitted under law.

8. Fraud Prevention & Abuse

SkillBloomer reserves the right to:

  • Deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud or misuse

  • Restrict accounts involved in repeated refund abuse

  • Modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice
