In accordance with Razorpay guidelines and applicable Indian consumer laws, SkillBloomer offers a 7 (seven) day refund policy from the date of successful payment.
A refund request may be considered only if all the following conditions are met:

The user has not accessed more than 20% of the purchased course or content

No certificate has been issued or downloaded

The service is not explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase

2. Non-Refundable TransactionsRefunds shall not be provided under the following circumstances:

Issuance or download of completion certificates

Upon approval of cancellation, access to the course or service will be immediately revoked.

SkillBloomer shall not be responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or payment gateways.
6. Failed or Duplicate TransactionsIn case of:

Payment debited, but the transaction failed

Duplicate or excess payment
Users must notify SkillBloomer within 7 days of the transaction date.
Upon verification, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment source.
