Shaping the Workforce of Tomorrow
Lancashire County Council leader Philippa Williamson is a strong supporter of the initiative, describing it as a chance to provide students with the skills employers are so desperately seeking. "This project is exactly in line with our ambition to create a skilled and inclusive workforce," she said.
The council is collaborating closely with IN4 Group, a tech company that has been actively engaged in promoting digital education. IN4 Group's CEO, Mo Isap, is of the opinion that access to advanced technology should not be restricted by geography or background. "We want all youngsters, regardless of their background, to understand what can be accomplished in tech," he said.

Cyber and Esports Academy provides the students with gaming, cybersecurity challenges, and competitive technology events.
